I sent an email after hours asking for a quote. Within minutes I received an extremely informative, useful response with links. Scott gave me options both with Maxsystems and DIY. He went way above the call of duty. Very professional and clearly not out to get every dollar. I highly recommend.
We moved into a house in Brentwood this March. The house was pre-wire by Maxsystems and we meet with the company once we had closed on the property. Maxsystems help us move all of our TVs and other equipment from our old house to the new one. They worked carefully and everything very smoothly. They have the worst customer service and follow up of any company I have ever worked with. I paid over 10 k to wire my home which was the full contract amount and this was to include a cable line to my tv in my living room. They ran the wire to the wrong room and have yet to actually run a cable line to my main tv in the main room of my house! This is ridiculous to even have to say about an audio video company!
