I have been using MaxSecure for a couple of months during a hardship in my family and I have been so relieved that my family's possessions were somewhere safe. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. For example I was having difficulties accessing my unit on a Sunday and the owner himself answered. He was very helpful and polite despite being off that day. This isn't the only time MaxSecure has gone above and beyond for a now loyal customer.
Fast easy process, if they can’t accommodate you at this location there’s another right down the road. Ask manager of all the locations they offer through out the Wichita area. Excellent customer service , you will be happy you chose any one of their facilities !!!
