I got pork steaks, cheddar bacon brats and cheddar jalapeno brats and I barbecued them myself for the first time and they were a hit. I would recommend going here to get the meats for your next bbq.
Great Place for Meat and Subs
love this place. the workers actually take time to talk to you and find out what you like.
It’s the best place in town to get meat, hands down. I picked up a few filets and bratwurst for Memorial Day weekend and what followed was a borderline religious experience. God himself came down from the heavens and sucker punched my tastebuds. Grocery store meat is ruined for me, and I whole heartedly blame Eric and everyone at Max’s for that.

I recently moved to Florissant and was in search of a legitimate butcher shop, these guys did not disappoint. I asked if they had a specific kind of Italian sausage, and after they said they did not they immediately offered to make it for me if i provided the recipe. I did just that and it turned out perfect. Really awesome staff and high quality stuff. One of my favorite places I've found in Florissant.
