I recently had an issue with my washer and called Route 66 Appliance Repair. Max came out and really took the time to listen as I described what had been happening over several wash cycles. He didn’t rush the appointment. Instead, he spent nearly an hour running error codes, testing rinse and spin cycles, and carefully troubleshooting the issue. What impressed me most was his honesty. I would never recommend this company. They are not reliable. I paid Max $119 for a 5-minute diagnosis back in August and now 3 months later no repair has been made. I had him come to my home in Bartlesville Oklahoma and diagnose my refrigerator. He told me it needed to have a compressor replaced and the refrigerator was under warranty for the compressor. I told him I was in the process of moving to Muskogee and when I got moved there I would get in touch with him and get the repair done. After moving to Muskogee I made sever... read more

We had such a great experience! Max was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. He even drove from Owasso to Broken Arrow during rush hour to grab a part so he could finish the repair that same evening. Our dryer works as good as new now — highly recommend!
