I had a catastrophic water intrusion event, I called several restoration companies, Max Restro was the only company that responded immediately. Their crew, through the entire process was incredibly courteous, professional and attentive to my concerns. I appreciate their attention to detail and to put me at ease through this incredibly stressful event. I couldn't be happier with the entire process.

We cannot say enough good things about MaxResto and the incredible service provided by Kenny and Taya. While we were on vacation, an upstairs bathroom leak caused significant water damage to both floors of our home — cabinetry, walls, tile flooring, bedroom carpet upstairs, and a complete loss of the downstairs master bedroom including the ceiling, walls, closet, and carpet. After Hurricane Beryl, we had to deal with the aftermath of storm which was a tree falling onto our house. We called a contractor that ended up putting a tarp incorrectly on our home and then ghosted us. We then called MaxResto and they quickly came to help. Kenny, Taya, and the rest of the team at MaxResto have gone above and beyond BOTH times we have needed them. They are extremely professional and know exactly what they are doing. Insurance was a nightmare to deal with, but they helped make the process more bearable. Their work speaks for itself. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Great service from MaxResto and all their friendly team! The process was easy with their help with insurance, cleaning up after themselves and they helped us change our old guest bathroom into a modern place for our guests along with fixing all the issues we had after a leak!
