We, too, are struggling to get a tag & title for the car we purchased in August. We were told that the title was in transit from the previous owner. That was our first mistake. We never should have gone ahead with the purchase. Since then we have been trying to contact Darryl and Larissa with no success. I have called and emailed with no response for the last 2 months. I'm not sure what our next steps will be, but I'm beyond disappointed.
I purchased a vehicle on august 7th. I was told the documentation I needed to obtain a tag for my vehicle would be sent to the tag office. I have been to the tag office 4 times and still have not been able to receive the tag for the vehicle I purchased. Mr. Hale is refusing to answer my calls or my wife’s email. I even had a mediator contact him to resolve the issue, but he hung up in her face. My temporary tag expires today and Mr. Hale is attempting to charge me more than $200 to get an extension.
