Worst place on this earth. Have been “down” for more than 48 hours now so prescriptions are not being paid for and people have to pay out of pocket and get “reimbursed” by them which can take 30-60 business days. They are ripping people off and saving money by letting their systems remain down. I have already made a formal complaint to BBB and I encourage others to do the same! I cannot give them a low enough rating. I sent them nearly $200 worth of receipts to get refunded for prescriptions and It’s been nearly 2 months and I’ve not heard anything from them. They don’t communicate and let you know what’s going on. And when I made contact with them, they won’t talk to me because my wife’s name is on the receipts. You would think that they would at least be nice enough to let us know what the problem is as to why they’re not sending us a check like they promised to do in the first place.
This has got to be the dumbest company I have ever seen. They first approved my son's medication and then denied it and then approved it and then deny it. So my 12-year-old is roller coastering on a psychotropic medication. Turn and run from these people if you have the chance. A one Stars too much for them
Maxorplus is currently charging me three times my copay amount. What costs me $25 copay at my local pharmacy, Maxorplus charges me $75 for the same one month supply. When I talked to customer service, they tried to blame it on how the doctor wrote the prescription, but the facts are that my local pharmacy can read a prescription and charge the correct copay and Maxorplus cannot.
Insurance only allows us to use maxor and cvs. Many of the meds are often not in stock at cvs. I am forced to us maxor as they have meds in stock more often. However, the mail order service is horrible. They told me five business days. They did not tell me it would first take three days to approve it. Terrible communication. With every order I have to call to clarify something. Update: They seem to be getting better as time goes by. 3 stars
