I am giving them a one-star because I cannot give a negative 100. They changed their way to send in receipts for refund, and if you are attempting to send in about 5 or 7 receipts for reembersments it will take all day under their new system. Tell me this is not done on purpose. Before this new system, it took three whole months before I got a reembersment check. Now it is so complicated just to send in a simple recept it takes all day just to fill out their lengthy forms. This place deserves to go out of business.
