I am not sure where it went wrong. We spent almost 1 FULL day to buy Ioniq 5 and all the documents also signed-off. But we could not finalize due to the misunderstanding between their Sales Team and Finance Team. Not a good one. We just wasted our FULL day and we were told that we can't proceed. This could have been handled little bit better instead of the way it was handled.
