It was a good experience. I scheduled the Appointment on line, I showed up but I was not on their list, Barre the assistant said no worries she made sure my car was getting done and ready for me in under 2 hours. I really appreciate your service and professionalism Barre.
What a wondrous experience in using Maxon Rte 22 w union for a recent recall on our gmc Acadia. The service manager, Guary, was accommodating and informed and had his staff organized and kept on point.Also as an added note the staff in customer service were pleasant and answered my questions and helped me schedule this service promptly. When buying another vehicle we definitely will return to Maxon!

Reached out to their sales team three times over the last four days. On two of three occasions, I heard back and was asked to visit the dealership. I replied, identifying the vehicle I wanted information about. Then crickets. Unclear whether the vehicle was a bait-and-switch asset (based on other reviews) or just poor sales etiquette. Regardless of the reason, I highly recommend avoiding this place.
Gerald was great to work with. Everything was done with my oil change quickly and earlier than the time I was told it would be ready. Thank you. :)
