I brought the car in to get serviced. They said the problem was my DC converter so I was like okay go ahead and fix it. The shared to me that the problem was fixed I got the car back. The next day not even 24 hours my check engine light cam back on. So I brought it back to the dealer. They checked it and said they don’t know why and don’t know the problem. First I would like to say the customer service i receive from the Maxon Service Department is exceptional. My service advisor Barre has been the best. She keeps me informed on the status of my vehicle and goes the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied.
The service is fantastic, Barre is amazing, she is the life line of the department.. excellent!!
Barre was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my speakers replaced, and even though it took some time for them to come in, she always stayed in touch and kept me updated. I’ve never had such an incredible experience with anyone at a dealership before. She’s professional, attentive, and always on top of everything. Truly outstanding service! Thank you!!
