I took my car to this location for a diagnosis, as I was having an issue with my motor blower coming on intermittently. They misdiagnosed me on 3 different occasions to the tune of almost 2 grand. Each time I brought the car in, they'd tell me they figured it out this time. They changed my climate control box and BCM, claiming it was faulty, but the issues persisted. Gaspard Gedeon was the best in the business showroom salesman I have ever encountered when looking to make a purchase of a car . His conversation was straight forward meaning everything was explained “ straight” to the point ! I was uneasy about testing the car and “ he said get in and drive it “. I recently had service done on my car at Maxon GMC Buick, and everything was fabulous! My service advisor, Barre, was excellent. She explained everything to me in detail, and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and helpful. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. I am very happy with the service that was performed on my vehicle. Everything that I needed done was done very well.
This is my 5th car bought at Maxim Buick Gmc. Couldn't be happier. Dre was my salesman and was top notch! Came in with my old car and a few hrs later drove off with my new one. And my next car will be from here too.
