I wish there were Negative star ratings! This dealership is a rip off. I traded a vehicle in to them when purchasing a vehicle from them over a year and a half ago. All Future Buyers BE AWARE of the headaches you will face.
They lied about my down-payment to the bank and they won’t even answer me anymore to fix this mess
This place is sketchy. They were pushing me to purchase a warranty in order to get a lower interest rate, at no point should you have to purchase a warranty to get a low-interest rate on a car loan.
Drove 3 hours to have them tell me they sold the car! Bad business Maxkar Motors! Bought the same car newer year with lower mileage from another dealership!
If reviews.birdeye had an option for a negative rating, that's what I would give them! Worst customer service of my life! They lie to you, never call you back and promise you so many things without any results.
I have had nothing but problems with Maxkar motors dealing with many different people especially Dom, being on hold for a very long time, and different answers where nobody wants to accept responsibility.
My car’s engine was knocking when I bought it and they said to call the warranty after a week to get fixed. But after a week the warranty company said it was pre-existing and they won’t cover it and now I don’t know what to do.
They said they would fix my car after I made my 1st payment and then never did. These guys are shady and if you have an issue they will stop answering you.
