I had a great experience with Carmen at the Chandler office. She made me feel welcome and didn't keep me there longer than was necessary. I have gotten loans from them before and will continue to go through Maximum in the future.

I had a horrible experience trying to Ibtain my title back after paying off my title loan, they always say they will call me back but never did, it's been 33 days after y paid my loan and thy just told me that I'm harassing them, not even one curtesy call, I called them on Friday, and today again and the lady hung up on me I called them back and they say I'm harassing them...? looks like they totally forgot to release my title with the DMV and they just did that yesterday but still no excuse for not communicating with the cu... read more

This place is a joke. Oh the rude snob lady that was working. She had my cashier check in her hands waving it around while she tried to make you feel small of a person. Not friendly by no means. I was in making a payment. My goodness. And her snotty remark to my about the big boss mad and your waste of time and we want to be done with your loan. Excuse the hell out of me.
