Julia was fantastic and made the loan process simple and efficient. She was very friendly and I enjoyed doing business with her.
An old friend listed me as a reference. I haven't seen her in 4 years and when I call her it goes to voicemail which I have told this company multiple times. They have been harassing me and my family members for over a year now. Some of whom haven't even met my friend before. It is ridiculous the level of harassment that is going on here. After I paid my loan in full it appears they are still not returning my title to me... I would not trust a word they say!

As detailed below, Maximum has used threats and intimidation as part of its debt collection efforts against me—even sending an agent to my home at night to intimidate my family. In 2014, I entered into what was purported to be a two year title loan agreement with Maximum Title Loans, LLC. As collateral for this loan, I used two vehicles (Vehicle 1, 2005 Toyota Camry and Vehicle 2, 2009 Ford F150). Over the course of the next two years, I paid back $27,000 on the $13,000 loan. Maximum Title Loans FAILED TO RELEASE THE LIEN on my vehicle when my debt was paid off. When the loan was made I turned over the paper title. When I paid off my debt I was told I would not be getting the paper title back that it was all done electronically. I wasn't comfortable with this, turns out I was right to be uncomfortable. 19 months later I went to the MVD to complete a title transfer to the owner, I couldn't because of the erroneous lien. This client failed to pay her debt in the normal manner most clients do and filed for bankruptcy. We received bankruptcy payments on this clients debt and released title upon confirmation debt satisfied. We also called client to alert her title ready to pick up from DMV. Unfortunately when clients don't keep current with their loans and default in the manner she did, it does delay release of title.
