The real estate agent Jeanne OBrien was the selling agent for the house I recently bought. I thought it would go easily due to her being very nice as well the sellers being very gracious. The sellers and I both wanted to close as soon as possible but the roof was taking a while to be finished. The sellers, my lender, Jeanne, and I all agreed to the process of closing before the roof was finished and my lender would hold escrow until the roof was completed.
