First issue: Found out when I was picked up that I was going to be cramed in with another person. I have extreme social phobia and anxiety. Because of this I requested a solo transport. On the way back home, it got worse. I was with two groups - there went my daily regimen of Xanax. Second issue: Tryied to deny my service dog from traveling with me. I really enjoyed the service, the driver was very nice and helpful.
Drivers dont pay attention to the road, speed, break too hard and run red lights. My insurance company set me up with them for 2 appointments and I had issues both times. One driver was going 20 miles over the speed limit and going off the road and another driver ran red lights or would stop half way into the intersection after slamming on his breaks. I would not recommend them to anyone.
