My family experienced a fire yesterday afternoon. While I was on the phone with my insurance company a woman, whom I did not know nor did I invite was in my driveway stating she was from Maximum Restoration and had heard about our fire on the police blotter. She then began asking questions about our fire that had just occurred 20 minutes prior to her arrival. She even asked to come into my home to assess the damages while she was there. started out a great company to work for... 6 months later can't get a phone call, email, or text returned whatsoever. Documents promised were never provided for arson hearings, No replies to insurance agent, and completely disappeared from sight and messages.
