I've been going to MAXIMUM H & A ever since the 3 Maytag units were installed in 2017ish for my annual service and repairs as needed. Never had even considered having anyone else or checked pricing. I would recommend MAXIMUM H & A. Terry is awesome to work with and gets the job done. Very responsive accommodating group, including main office. Technician showed up on time. Although it was raining heavily he performed all his tasks, w/o cutting any corners. I'm confident that my HVAC annual check-up was performed correctly.

Installed my system in 2011, replaced the evaporator around 2020-21, no issues. Called Saturday and Tuesday and left messages with what I am guessing is a phone service and not a company employee and an email today and still nobody has returned my call. I need my evaporator replaced again. Good way to lose a loyal customer. Looks like I am going with someone else. They came out Thursday and cleaned my unit rather than replaced, said if I had a new unit put in it would just rust too. Recommended UV light. Thinking about it. T... read more
