Evicted my mother in dead winter, didn’t even care if she was homeless or not. Went to court, head boss was complaining about everything but what he was there for, which is “failure to pay rent”. She paid her rent, she was getting help from Department of aging for the rest of the rent they were asking for… Head boss gotten pissy on where she was getting rent money from. As far as accessible amenities, the place is great. As far as neighbors, absolutely terrible. Hopefully this changes as residents change. However, when I had dealings with this place, they were very cliquey and would try to force out people they didn't think were "classy" enough.
