The bar is really cool to sit and look at - old pics and records. Music was jazzy and comfortable. Bartender was very attentive but not bothersome. Had the tapas Brussels - enough for the table and perfectly cooked. Dinner was good. Can’t wait to go back.
I went to Máximos for prom with my family and it was good, the food was amazing. The spirited as well. The only downside we had was the amount of time it took to get our food. It took 2 hours to get everything ( we got the seafood paella and the Alfredo, duck breast) , and the muscles were a bit rubbery and the pasta wasn’t cooked fully. What a lovely place. The seafood paella is amazing, and the Oyster Rockefeller was *chef's kiss. A lovely establishment for a date night or dinner with friends. Would definitely recommend. I wouldn't go without a reservation though because the place is small, and it gets crowded quickly. The earlier (preferably 5-5:30p), the better. Enjoy!
