I LOVE Maximo's! Everything I've tasted has been fantastic! Huge fan of the chicken enchiladas. The salmon is also amazing and felt like a fun surprise at a Mexican restaurant. Fantastic salsa, delicious specials, yummy dessert plantains! Max is the best and his staff is great too! Especially love Deb and Stacy!
