I live in PR. I unfortunantly cannot place a review on Maximo PR facebook page. After hurricane Maria we paid deposit and was given a date for instalacion (by employee) of solar panels and bateries. As we currently sit in the san juan office requesting cancelation of contract since Maximo failed to install within time set by employee. Whats interesting is to pay deposit the san juan office was able to make the transaccion but now as we are requesting our money back. The company may or may not suck. I had solar panels installed on my roof. It is a VERY POOR investment. Pay back will be over 20 years. Don't do it!
Maximo solar was great to work with. I personally had some bumps through the process but we got through them. People that work for them are nice and friendly. Anytime I had a stupid question they were there to answer them right away. The process was great. The install was wonderful. The guys I met that came to install my panels were so nice and friendly. I would recommend Maximo solar to anyone even just thinking about solar. Please call them. There a great company with great products...
Companies should replicate Maximo Solar Industries's efficiency and customer service. The whole team was there to help whenever I had any questions. The process was quick and I am more than happy with my new solar system!! 100% Recommended, very professional and responsible.
