Recommendedthe ease of the process. talked to the rep, he outlined, how it works. the contract signed, engineer came by to do schematics. permit requests submitted by Maximo for county and hoa. the day of installation, there was a crew of 4. they completed the job within 4 hours.
2 years ago we purchased solar panels through this company. It took them a very long time before they would even install them. By the time they did, I moved up North and didn’t get to enjoy the luxury of solar power in my home. Fast forward 2 years, and I decide to move back into my home...only to find out they never hooked the solar panels up. I’ve been paying on them for over 2 years, and they’re not working. Their customer service is as bad as their so called warranty. They installed our system in 2017. The panels work ok, but the roof leaks now. The roof was only 3 years old then. Had 2 leaks and now a third one just started a month ago. I called them and they say that the system was done in 2017. They don’t call back and I guess they don’t warranty anything 5 years old. Shame on them.......
The panels are installed and they tell you that the maintenance of them is free while you are paying them, but yesterday I called because I had a technical problem with the Internet and they wanted to charge me $ 150 just to reset the panels and the Internet router, thing I did myself looking for how to solve the problem by Google. Unfortunately while I am paying them I will have to deal with this kind of mediocrity of service, but if you are looking for a solar panel company it is not recommended, it takes forever to instal... read more
I was there with one of my colleagues... everyone was very solar educated... such an amazing company.
my problems with them are lengthy. the biggest problem is they installed one Tesla powerwall to my home. They added lights, frig, microwave , AC etc. I tried to test it and it kept shutting down. Of course i couldn't reach them so I called Tesla. Tesla said my AC unit needs a powerwall of its own to run. long story short Maximo and Tesla spoke with me on a conference call and we agreed I will buy a second battery for the price i paid before it went up and they will install it.
