Horrible local Real Estate Agency with questionable ethics and absolute lack of attention to customer service and customer satisfaction. They managed a single family home for me as a Property Manager. The tenant felt they were ignored by Maximize. Property Manager and Maximize owner both said that their Property Manager was full time, but I later found out the Property Manager had a full time job which left very little time to respond to tenant repair issues.
