I as owner of à house in Las vegas represented by Maxim Real ty specifically Norma and Jim who do à superb job . Friendly, professionnel Go out of their way to keep me satisfied. Exemple ; my Last tenant who flew the coup in the midnite hour without paying Last 3 months rent nor notifying à soûl. Also let his dog swim on my pool. Left cigarette carpet burns on my carpet .I had to replace the entire house with new carpet. Trashed the yards b4 leaving I had to pay hundreds of dollars To fix his mess Inside and out. Don't use this company there are much better ones out there, Norma couldn't manage a box of cracker jacks very very unprofessional and argumentative on every issue, the pool was not maintained, left 2 weeks without hot water and left in a very unsafe and dangerous situation with the high power lines being pulled out of the roof buy a rat and bird infested palm tree which they she refused to do anything about.
