The manager was friendly and when I purchased a ring, she had it sized and ready to go within two days. I visit this store and the shopping center around it whenever I am in Waikiki.
One of the diamonds fell out of the ring after I got back to the states. I have no way to exchange the ring. Tried to find a website but so far no luck. Now I’m worried the other diamonds aren’t secure. Buyer beware.
Jenny’s the best!! She works with you to find pieces that fit your style. I’ve been here 3 times now and plan on coming back. My rings and necklaces that I bought are so beautiful! When I had to leave my trip early, Jenny was able to ship me my purchase. Absolute best service and best store to buy jewelry in HI!
Come here for your jewelry. Lin is honest and very helpful. This is the only place to buy jewelry in Hawaii!!!! All of the stores have similar items but they charge way way more
