I have a loved one in Maxim's care and my family and I have had to deal with various human service agencies throughout the years...those encounters are often anywhere from "meh" to horror stories, but the York Maxim office, they are all great! They have gone the extra mile for my family member and I really appreciate it.

I was so excited to start was so excited when I started at the West York school district then I already felt attention so when I got lied on, and said they claimed walked out by the special educator when she told me to take the day and no one at maxim took the time out and talk to me about it they just gave me the farewell!!!! so just be cautious about where you work and then environment in your recruiter as well THANKS!!!

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. I needed a caregiver for my mother who has dementia and cannot be left alone. I had a caregiver for only three weeks. In that short amount of time, she had to leave early one day and called off two days. Maxim never had a replacement for her any of those times, even though when hired they said they would. Maxim Healthcare was a wonderful first job! Graduating during the start of a pandemic I knew that healthcare was going to be more important than ever. Being able to interact with nurses and families on a day to day basis, to ensure that they received the best care was the most rewarding part!
