Switching agencies when you have a micro-preemie is terrifying, especially after a bad past experience. Moving to Maxim three years ago was the best decision we ever made. My family has been working with Maxim for the last 16 months since my daughter came home after a six month NICU stay after being born 14 weeks early. The agency has been great with providing consistent quality nursing (in our case night nursing). We always felt comfortable with the nurses in our house tending to our daughter's oxygen and gtube needs while we slept. We parted ways because our daughter came off of her supplemental oxygen and her gtube will be removed in a few months. Highly recommend.
