They take your first amendment right from you. If you do not let them get all the hours they have. A nurse fell asleep on the job not once but twice and still is able to work with them. If it was not for one amazing nursing we would have cut maximum off a lonnngggg time ago. They higher up are only in it for the money not for the care of patients. Day shift nursing does not follow protocol. All together the agency should be shut down, if you don’t do what they want n talk how they want they threaten you.

I have worked with this company for almost 5 yrs and with several of there clients. I have been a nurse for almost 25 yrs and this is my favorite in all the different roles as a nurse I have working in. They are very friendly with staff and clients. As a nurse of 35 years, I’ve not had a lot of experience with a company that treats their nurses kindly. However I’ve been with Maxim for three years now. They are understanding, helpful and appreciative with me. If you are tired of getting beat up by your employers, I highly recommend this home health agency. I have mostly done OR/PACU work, but this is a nice change.
The Nurses make false accusations concerning patient's care. Nurses over step there boundaries and discuss things of patient family's personal life. They come to work in your home with rude attitudes and do know how to talk respectfully.
