UPDATE: No response after over two weeks of filing a grievance with the integrity hotline despite a commitment to provide a response by 8/23/21. Today is 8/31/21. Probably can’t expect the local offices to have any follow through if Corporate is also lacking in follow through. So unfortunate. Will make sure any other special needs moms I know to beware of getting care for their children through this agency. The non-clinical management is clueless. WARNING..LOOK ELSE WHERE...I have had more than my share of home care agencies.. There have been multiple occasions the aid pulls a no show...and they have NO BACK UP...VERY WRONG ☆ not happy The lack of support during stressful my 4 months with them hav added WAY TO MUCH EXTRA aggravation-..my dad has dementia..●..My Dad is 96 and I have been at this 3yrs now..THEY tell me that that just finished traing and intake on a new gal...but its I think just a lie!!!
