Great corporation to work for. I have been here for over 5-years and have been promoted a few times, served as a lead for my position in multiple states. Most team/family oriented company I have ever worked for. The team works together to ensure the patients get the care that they need. This company actually appreciates the team on the front lines and supports us. Everyone from scheduling to clinical supervisors work closely with the patients/families and nurses to help ensure the best possible scenario for the patients/families and nurses. I have been with Maxim for almost 6 months and I am continually impressed.
I love how helpful everyone is at Maxim and how incredibly kind they are! Also not to mention I have the best supervisor, Rachel! I am so thankful to be apart of this team!
