I obtained my LHA through this agency for my daughter with complex medical needs. From my first phone call through licensing onto onboarding, etc. The staff and experience has been great. Very responsive, on top of things, clear and open communication, and easy to work with. Nate and Alyssa are professional, friendly, and very helpful. I recommend Maxim to any family needing LHA licensing.
They constantly harrasses , send emails and call. I've requested they stop but IDIOTS CAN'T READ. OTHER Agencies Much Better.
