This agency has been eh. Not too impressed. It's our first time receiving care in our home. Our nurse lasted about a month. Long story short my child had an event which caused me to bag and lightly stimulate him to bring him back to breathing normally. The nurse stated to the agency she did CPR... which per Dr order they only wanted to see my child because they thought it was actual compression and they wanted to make sure nothing was fractured. I called Maxim Healthcare Services in Tacoma for assistance, and the experience was incredibly unprofessional. The staff was rude, dismissive, and to make matters worse, they hung up on me. This is unacceptable behavior for any business, especially one in healthcare. If this is how they treat people over the phone, I can’t imagine the level of care they provide. I would not recommend them.
