I have a severely disabled daughter and have been with Maxim for about 3 to 4 years now. I left the previous agency after I was left without nursing for a year. Maxim had a nurse in my home within 2 weeks of me signing up. As others have stated, communication can be tough at times as with many companies but I am still very happy with them overall. They are very friendly, professional, and they actually care about their clients. I would definitely recommend them for your nursing needs.
For the most part I've had nothing but good times with Maxim. Most of my nurses has been incredible, and the office staff have been friendly and helpful when needed.
Having dedicated 24 years to the nursing profession, I can affirm that I have never encountered such exceptional treatment. This organization demonstrates an exemplary commitment to the well-being of its nursing staff. I now recognize that I should have become a part of this team considerably sooner.
Having a medically complex kiddo is tough. Choosing our private duty nursing provider has been not as tough! Maxim has been incredible for providing competent, flexible, and friendly nurses to assist us with providing care and support for our family. Office support is super responsive and friendly as well. Highly recommend.
