My recruiter was not upfront and honest about my pay. I can’t wait to be done with my contract. I will not be referring any nurses I know about this company.

I just want to say I was fired for being in a car accident. I called in for 3 days and because I was in pain I couldn't move, but was fired from the company. They were told I didn't show to work after my accident which in this case I could not. I understand they are helping other companies but I lost my job because another company and they didn't even give me the chance to give any documentation just said I was fired for no show no calls. I told hr I was going to need a couple days off doctor's order.

On boarding process was a nightmare with obviously inexperienced staff. My recruiter did not do his due diligence and obtain a confirmed schedule for me. I was expected to do my own communication with facility. This is my 2nd contract with Maxim that has fallen through. I have not had these issues with other agencies. Please do better. If you need to pay better to recruit/retain competent staff then please do so!
