Not a good company if you need a nurse that works with autistic kids. The nurses arent trained well. In a months time we had 2. One didn't want to work, I felt like a nursing supervisor and the other a lighter complexion RN with locs by the name of Rachel who made a complaint of child abuse on me. The office staff and recruiter are professional, are responsive to staff needs.
Maxim. Has been a blessing to my family. No matter what circumstances you have, as a nurse, the staff will work with you. I've been with Maxim a total of 4 years and don't have a reason to look elsewhere. The families that have given bad reviews I am so sorry you have had that experience. If I would have been there you would have had a great nurse. Most families are in need of help and "most of us" are doing the best we can. I hope you choose Maxim as a nurse or family.
Though I have not officially accepted a position with the company, Will at the Richmond office has been absolutely amazing. He has worked with me to find a position that fits both my needs and patient needs. He has followed up with me when I asked for a little time to adjust to new nursing roles post-op spinal fusion. If he is a representative of the company as a whole, I feel like they deeply care about the needs of their nurses and their patients.
Extremely unprofessional and careless, I don't recommend at all, they don't care about their patients, they told me they have to talk their lawyer when I asked them questions about when they were coming back. They neglected and denied my baby medical care.
