Though I have not officially accepted a position with the company, Will at the Richmond office has been absolutely amazing. He has worked with me to find a position that fits both my needs and patient needs. He has followed up with me when I asked for a little time to adjust to new nursing roles post-op spinal fusion. If he is a representative of the company as a whole, I feel like they deeply care about the needs of their nurses and their patients.
Extremely unprofessional and careless, I don't recommend at all, they don't care about their patients, they told me they have to talk their lawyer when I asked them questions about when they were coming back. They neglected and denied my baby medical care.
Another agency that cares more about its clients……..(pockets***) *cough* than their nurses. They will fire you and never talk to you again IMMEDIATELY upon a single mistake. They will perform their own “investigation” that you (the nurse) are not apart of and then they will decide if it is reasonable to report to the board of nursing. The investigation is between the client and agency, you the nurse are not involved nor have any say in what happened. It’s the client vs. you.
