The company looks good on the outside but is corrupt within. As a pca not only did I have to file a discrimmination complaint against them, they reduced my hours which dissolved my health insurance (over the top cost) , then the routine for assignments was to contact me for the next assignment, that did not happen and when I did call I was put off with some dead excuse. I have been a nurse with Maxim for nearly 10 years. Overall a good experience. However I wish you would bring back the flu shot and wellness clinics, maybe add allergy testing and DNA testing to the list. I'm sure it would generate year round income for both the company and nurses. I would definitely come work at the clinics!
