This company has horrible communication and the nurses come late or not at all with no heads up. I am a quadriplegic with als and im furious maxim can't provide dependability and proper communication. I understand shit happens and people make mistakes but when I'm told on more than one occasion there has been a miscommunication we are working on it i start to lose hope. I will be looking elsewhere for better services
