☆ Terrible company. The state should seriously review this organization’s employment practices. Based on my experience, this is one of the most unfair and discriminatory companies in Albany. Worst place to work at I would never recommend to anyone they made me choose my domestic violence shelter and the safety of minds and my children's life over my job My financials they end up making me and my children leave the shelter or I had to lose my job they treat people inhumane I was written up literally every week for going to department of social services and having documentations they still wrote me up they put my safety in danger and my child's in danger and my financial at risk for choosing safety for my children... read more
They always mess up on your pay Maxim does not appreciate there aides there unorganized company . No recognition for the aides that work hard and do a lot of hours and give good care
