Do not work for maxim healthcare services. Horrible HR, non paid working and training hours. I had a really bad experience working as a caregiver for maxim health care services.
My my! Will you just look at all the FAKE 5 star reviews! You can always spot a fake review by several factors; he 2 primary being the reviewer will have written only 1 review and/or be from out of the area. I have worked at other Companies in the health industry including a different branch from Maxim and by far Maxim Laguna Hills has exceeded my expectations as an LVN. From the moment I was reached out to-up to my current assignment, I have felt supported and heard. As things have come up Maxim gets right on it and takes care of the situation. Although I am not a client of this office , I felt compelled to leave a review after my interaction I had with Issac today. I called into their office inquiring about nursing services for my 97 year old father whose health is quickly deteriorating to receive additional assistance for my mother and myself.
