Gerald Nelson did excellent job with my new car sales experience. Katie was very considerate and concerned and she exhibited a high level of customer service in getting me together with my OnStar and of the other features of my car.
I bought a 2019 Chevrolet traverse that has been in their service shop since March 18, 2019 and they have changed the converter, high pressure fuel pump, and now injectors. It had to be towed to their dealership after about 3,200 miles in febuary because my vehicle had no oil touching the dip stick. Now it is ticking and they have yet to fix it.
