I have had the worst experience at Maxie Price. I was promised an extra key & fob with my used truck 1yr old purchase. My salesman quit & even though I hv extensive emails from him, they would not follow thru. I went up there several times with a promise to be called back & not one even got a phone call. Now I need service & was told since it's under warranty they can only see me M-F. Wish I could, but I work M-F, so why are you open on Sat????? Never again will I purchase another vehicle from MP
We just purchased a vehicle, and had one of the best experiences in doing so! Phillip was our Sales Associate, and Scott Brooks worked with us in financing. Both guys were very genuine, and honest. I can't say enough about them...they were so very customer service friendly. No high pressure sales...or anything that you always dread, when you know it's time to look for a new vehicle. I went to Maxie Price yesterday and had a great experience. Dinah and Brian were extremely accommodating and gracious. This was my first time purchasing a car and they explained every step of the process. As difficult as financing was, they never flinched. It all seemed easy and part of the process.
