Mr. Gerald was courteous and helpful, but watch out for Josh the finance guy. my 60 month loan was changed without my knowledge, he had me signed a 72 months instead of the 60 that was discussed. my fault I didn't pay attention to everything that I signed. I was naive I guess, I didn't expect him to pull that quick one on me.
