In 2009, I bought a Silverado from them. Through the whole warranty period it was in the shop being fixed for the same problem and did not get fixed until after the warranty ran out. Hmm? It is now 2016 and the truck only has 46,000 miles( local driving) on it and things are going wrong with it that should not even be happening to a truck that has 100,000miles on it(I have been told that by other reputable mechanics.) Took truck to get repair. Scheduled an appt and was told it would take an hour or two for the repair the day before. Dropped the truck off and was told I would receive a call within 2 hours on the status. Didn't receive call. Called 3 hours later and got bounced around on hold for 15 mins. When I was finally able to speak to someone, was told they hadn't even looked at my truck yet and to call back in 2 hours to check again. Went and picked up the truck to take it somewhere else. Attention all ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY and spouses I would strongly suggest not using this dealership. The treatment that my family and i recieved from Brad was horrible I felt like less than a person by the way he spoke to my wife and I especially when racial issues were brought up. My trade in sat on Maxie Price's lot for upwards of 50 days without being paid off and in return the trade in was repossessed from Maxie Price's lot.
