We specialize in Southern layer cakes.....true scratch recipes. We use fresh , local ingredients and offer a large selection of cake flavors each day. You can come in and purchase cakes by the slice, cupcakes right out of our case, frozen yogurt and ice cream.....or just sit in and relax with a cup of coffee. We can design custom cakes for showers, birthdays, weddings, anniversarys or celebrations. If you need a last minute cake for a get together, we have that too!

I just wanted to thank you guys for doing an absolute awesome job on my daughters Doc McStuffins cake! It was beautiful and delicious. I also appreciate the hospitality you showed being that it was last minute!
I've been two days in a row. New to Greensboro. I've tried two other bakeries in my little less than 2 months here neither of them compare in quality of product or service to Maxie B's. Exceptional!
