Is there a chance to give a negative? My beef is not with the units or the neighboring tenants. My beef is with the new management/corporate. One month before the lease due for resign, new management says new lease will be an increase of 50%, you have till the end of the month to decide. We relocate, clean, turn back keys and card, they say, oh by the way, you did not give notice, you owe the extra month of increase.
