I have used Maxi Clean several times in the past. The work has always been satisfactory. This last visit in June an associate showed up instead of Ronnie himself. I requested a receipt for the work to keep the carpet warranty valid. The associate assured me one would be emailed. Never received it. I repeatedly emailed, texted and left voicemails with NO response whatsoever. It is now September. I will never use this company again. They may have cost me the warranty on my carpeting since I can’t prove they cleaned it.
I called and made appointment to have a large area rug, sofa, love seat, and two chairs cleaned. Received a call from technician advising he was running late which I appreciated. When he arrived, he got straight to work. I was very happy with the rug. The same cannot be said about the furniture. Each piece of furniture had places of very noticeable water stains.
