I loved two of my doctors at the office I go to. They were both wonderful; but both of them were gone from the practice abruptly and I didn't really get a notice until I went back for a follow up. Better communication about that would have been great.
Office was disorganized. Receptionist needs to be retrained in customer service. I did not feel that the doctor took care of all my needs. I did not walk out with a piece of paperwork that I requested. The physical look of the interior of the building was not of a physicians office That I would compliment . There was an issue with scheduling. They did not ever tell me I had the option of going to an office closer to my home.
