UNACCEPTABLE. They picked up the phone, and then joked in the background about leaving people on hold. They didn't mute the phone and they didn't place me on hold, they left me on the line to hear them. It wasn't a mistake because I called 3 times and they did it every time. This happened Thursday March 20th, 2025 at 10:40AM. I hope who ever runs this place can get someone with more care and professionalism to deal with people in need. I'm 75 years old and diabetic, these appointments are important.
Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Dr. Angel Pagan was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
The Dr listened to my concerns as well as answered all my questions concerning my health care needs. The staff was very helpful and professional. However, the furniture in the exam room needs to be changed, the chairs were stained and dirty. I didn't sit on them. I explained to the nurse that they were dirty and stained. She understood my concerns. It was my first visit to this facility. Everything was better than I expected, except for the old and stained chairs...
