Nobody should ever visit this Doctor's office. I have never made an online review in my life, but this situation calls for it. Had been visiting this clinic for over 20 years, and have been treated as a walk-in stranger. I called on May 6th to schedule an appt as I had not been feeling well, and the earliest appt I could receive was Aug 25. Moreover, they said they had to treat me like a new patient because I hadn't been there for over a year. Mind you, my Dr was on maternity leave throughout a lot of that time. Very satisfied with the care and services I receive from my doctor at max health. THIS RATING IS FOR DR.PALACIOS, excellent care from her, however the call center is the worst experience I have ever had with a physician office. When they do pick up (the last time I called , (26 minutes on that automatic hold so I went to MD Now) and tell you someone will call you back ZIP ZERO nothing. Now I get a message that my referral was approved for a doctor I never asked for.
