Good experience
I love this MD. Office. I am a Senior Medicare person, however they treat me as if I were a young person. However when I need assistance to get into my Health app, Healow, they help me to set it on my phone and teach me how to get on it. Thanks so much to the Operations Director, Ms. Yurisay, but thanks as well all the personnel at the Center, because all of them are very nice and respectfull. I definetly recomend this place.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend MaxHealth to anyone seeking reliable medical care. What should be a professional healthcare experience is instead a disorganized nightmare. If you value your time, your health, and your sanity, look elsewhere. 1. Non-Existent Communication Trying to get a hold of this office is a full-time job. I love Dr Palacios, she is kind, caring and knows my health history very well. As soon as she heard I was sick with my symptoms, right away she wanted to see me so I could get better right away. Knowing that she cares for me, it make me feel special, happy and secure.
To whom it may concern, Unfortunately, modern medicine has increasingly become a business, and this clinic is a clear example of that reality. I was a patient at this clinic for 24 years, long before it became part of Health Max. During all those years, I never experienced any issues.
