Looks like they've dropped the ball again with their answering service. It tells patients to call if they have an urgent medical issue and that the on-call doctor will call back. Imagine my surprise when I was told the on-call doctor is only available to Medicare patients. Why isn't that mentioned in your office voicemail? I still left a message asking for help, only to later receive a call saying the on-call doctor's recommendation was simply to go to the ER or urgent care. Dr. Marium Kazmi is excellent. Unfortunately Maxhealth will not, under any circumstances, issue a referral to any doctors affiliated with Baptist even though they are on your insurance list of providers. Maxhealth is owned by Humana and will only issue referrals to providers within their network. My husband had an emergency and was admitted to hospital. Good experience
I love this MD. Office. I am a Senior Medicare person, however they treat me as if I were a young person. However when I need assistance to get into my Health app, Healow, they help me to set it on my phone and teach me how to get on it. Thanks so much to the Operations Director, Ms. Yurisay, but thanks as well all the personnel at the Center, because all of them are very nice and respectfull. I definetly recomend this place.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend MaxHealth to anyone seeking reliable medical care. What should be a professional healthcare experience is instead a disorganized nightmare. If you value your time, your health, and your sanity, look elsewhere. 1. Non-Existent Communication Trying to get a hold of this office is a full-time job.
