Fast and friendly staff.
Terrible experience with front desk person with 0 compassion and wanting me to tell them what tests I wanted run etc before seeing the doctor because my daughter was self pay. I kept telling her I am not the doctor and I don’t know what we need done without seeing the doctor first and she could not comprehend this. Then we are in the room for 40 minutes waiting for a doctor to show up and we are the only patients. I kept asking if there was even a doctor here and the girl kept saying she was “outside.” What??? My babies were running fever and as I was checking in I was told it was a 45 min wait because the nurse had to go to lunch so please if your in need of help just go to the hospital
Staff were fast paced and very friendly staff. Thank you for taking care of my babies.
