This place never seems to be open during their posted hours (and unfortunately when I’m sick haha). The sign says they would open back at 8 today, but they are not. Off to another urgent care, won’t be back at this one. Disappointing, because the drs here have always taken good care of me when they are actually open.
Nobody else would listen shes the only person that takes care of me. Shes the only person I'll go to and she's the only doctor I've found that even cares about another human being where not just dollar signs. The rest almost let me die. She is peremently my doctor and if she moves Im going where ever shes at for care. I wont go anywhere else ever again for urgent needs. She needs to be commended in every way possible. I LOVE Dr. Bateman. She is absolutely the sweetest. She really cares about people, and it shows in the way she talks and tries her best to find a way to help. We've come here every time We've had an urgent situation that needed to be handled, be it adult or child, disabled or able-bodied and we were all treated and not just given the "I dont know what to tell you" that you get from other places.
